EEVF Caribbean Trust

The EEVF Caribbean Trust is a 'not-for-profit' Trust funded by subscriptions from DFL Caribbean, the European Investment Bank and other development finance institutions. It is governed by a Board of Trustees under a renewable Trust Deed that expires in 2030.

Caribbean Development Capital Ltd (DevCap) is a limited Liability Company, subject to Corporation Tax in T & T. It makes 'Private Equity' and 'Venture Capital' investment in private companies in the Eastern & Southern Caribbean. DevCap makes investments only in small & medium-sized projects, mainly in family-oriented compaines, ranging from US $50,000 to US$1.0 million.
